nectarines and cream

ok, it's hard to tell from the photo, but this little glass contained the amouse-bouche i created for our shared morning tea shout at ross today - nectarines and ricotta-vanilla cream with pine-nut brittle. this was one case where an internet recipe was actually awesome! sometimes you never know what you're going to find online. i had some trouble making the brittle at first, but luckily marie was online and could lend her baking expertise. i miss my baking buddy!
