the sweet (basil) smell of success

well, not a complete success yet, but at least i have some little plants poking their way through! this was the first pot i planted, about a week ahead of the other two, so hopefully they will be on their way soon. i am already planning to make some nice pesto with my first batch :)

noli's new favourite spot is under the worm farm. probably because it gives her the best access to the bugs. you can see a small container of worm wee in the background which i've been feeding to my little potted plants.
