i started back at the gym today, the 9:30am bodybalance class. ouch. but ouch in a good way. i'm aiming for 3-4 classes a week this year - at least two bodybalance classes and one or two other classes like bodystep or bodyjam. hopefully i can find a gym buddy who'll be willing to come along so i can stay motivated, because i don't think reuben will be caught dead in the bodyjam class.
